• Trained by former world champion Buddy McGirt in New York City, 2012 Olympian Khytrov, 'The Ukranian Lion', landed a left hook near the end of round one which put opponent Nava into dreamland, down and knocked out, where the bout wasimmediately stopped by veteran referee Gary Rosato.. Until that point, Nava actually landed some good combinations and power shots, but Khytrov was just feeling him out. Main event of a nine bout card at Webster Hall promoted by Dmitriy Salita. Paul Malignaggi and Nazim Richardson were among those at ringside.
