Jarrell Miller 263 lbs beat Joshua Harris 213 lbs by TKO at 1:53 in round 2 of 6
- Date: 2014-05-15
- Location: Millenium Theater, Brighton Beach, New York, USA
- Referee: Steve Willis
- Judge: Frank Lombardi
- Judge: Joseph Pasquale

- Miller, weighing 263 pounds, knocked down and stopped last minute substitute Joshua Harris, weighing 213 pounds, in the second round. Harris was a last minute substitute for heavyweight contender Vincent Thompson, who was arrested shortly before the boxing card for his role in six armed bank robberies and thus 'couldn't make it to the show'. Miller gave the first round away smartly, seeing what Harris had with some light jabs but playing it careful. Miller opened up in the second, dropped Harris with some heavy power shots. Harris got up and wasn't hurt, but then Miller pinned him on the ropes and gave him a beating until the stoppage. Given the 50 pound weight disparity, this was not a good sanction by the NYSAC. Harris is regularly a cruiserweight, and given the weight difference, the rapid outcome of the bout was never in doubt.
- With this win, Miller qualified for a vacant ten round New York State Heavyweight title bout with fellow New York heavyweight Derric Rossy, who upset heavily favored 21-1 New York heavyweight Tor Hamer in Montreal, Canada, by ten round majority decision on the same night.
