Amateur Career

Sheeraz quickly stood out for his height, reach, and natural ability, showing promise from a young age. Sheeraz’s amateur career was marked by significant achievements and notable victories. He competed in various local and national tournaments, establishing himself as one of the top prospects in British amateur boxing. One of his early notable successes came in 2015 when he won the Junior ABA Championships, a prestigious tournament that showcased his potential and put him on the radar of boxing enthusiasts and scouts. In 2016, Sheeraz continued to build on his success by winning the England Boxing Youth Championships. His performances in these national tournaments earned him a spot on the England youth boxing team, where he represented his country in international competitions. Competing at the European Youth Championships, Sheeraz gained valuable experience against top-tier opponents from across the continent, further honing his skills and building his reputation. Another significant milestone in Sheeraz’s amateur career was his participation in the World Youth Championships.
