Bout Summary
Woods boxed as a southpaw for the first two rounds. After being knocked down in the first round to an overhand right -- the third time in three appearences on Friday Night Fights where Woods went down in the first round -- and dominated in the second round, he emerged as an orthodox boxer in the third round to win the round, but in the fourth round Sargeant dominated again, so the referee stopped the fight.
