Mike E. Collins of St. Paul, MN, USA, was an early 1920s Editor of the Boxing Blade, promoter, and matchmaker. He was the matchmaker for the 1923 Jack Dempsey-Tommy Gibbons World Title bout in Shelby, Montana. Collins was also a boxing manager whose clients included Fred Fulton, among others. He was the Editor of the 1932 Ring Battles of the Ages: From the Dawn of Time to the Present.
