Bout Summary
The first round was a seesaw contest between Golota and Mollo, with Mollo starting fast and Golota finishing strong with accurate punches. Mollo landed hard right hands to the head in rounds four and five that closed Golota's left eye in the process. In the sixth round, Golota came back with bodyshots that slowed Mollo down. In round nine, Mollo was badly hurt by a combination but somehow survived to the end of the round. The final twelfth round saw a hurt Mollo barely hanging on for the full three minutes, with the one-eyed Golota unable to finish him off.
