Mikhail Surenovich "Misha" Aloyan (Russian: Михаил Суренович Алоян; born 23 August 1988) is an Armenian-born Russian amateur flyweight boxer of Yazidi origin.

Aloyan won Flyweight Gold medal at the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan and Flyweight Gold Medal at the 2013 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Aloyan won Bronze medal in Flyweight Division at the 2012 Olympics in London,United Kingdom and Silver Medal in Flyweight Division at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Aloyan also won Flyweight Gold Medal at the 2010 European Amateur Championships in Moscow,Russia; Flyweight Bronze Medal at the 2009 World Amateur Championships in Milan, Italy and four Gold Medals at the Russian National Championships (2009-2011,2014).
