Muhammad Ali Professional Sports, Inc. (MAPS) was a California based boxing promotion company founded by Harold Smith.

The first show promoted by MAPS was on May 25, 1979, in Santa Monica, California. In the main event, Andy Price knocked out Vicente Hernandez in four rounds.

Smith rose to prominence in boxing in less than two years of flamboyant promoting and free spending. His backers were never named. Wells Fargo National Bank alleged that some of those funds came from a $21.3 million fraud scheme.

Smith was convicted of 29 counts of fraud and embezzlement in 1982 and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
