Oskar Olsen was a mid-1930s Norway-based ice-skating promoter, and the owner/publisher of the Norwegian sports newspaper Sportsmanden.

He promoted the Panama Al Brown vs. Pete Sanstol (2nd meeting) rematch fought Sept. 13, 1935 in Bislet, Oslo, Norway, after having contacted Brown to see if he was interested in this rematch.

In his youth, Olsen had been a speed ice-skater of some renown, having competed against the legendary Clas Thunberg of Finland.
