Pat (Patsy) La Cassa coached amateur and professional boxing. Boxed in the amateur ranks in the Chicagoland area. The list of professional boxers Pat has trained includes; Rocky DiFazio, Lenny LaPaglia, Luke Capuano, Luis Mateo, Louie Lomeli, Pete Podgorski, Johnny Trombino, Alex Miceli, Craig Bodzianowski and Joey Adelfio. Pat & his brother Primo LaCassa also trained many amateur boxers, such as Robert Abbinanti, Frank Mc Govern, Pete George, Andy Jekiel, Brian Doherty, Rod Blagojevich, Kevin Casey, Willie LaBoy and Primo's son, nephew Pat.
