Pete Moe was a well-known boxer, referee, promoter, and manager based in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States during the 1920s. He was originally based out of Anacortes, WA, USA, and later out of Everett, WA, where he ran a popular boxing training gym. He managed Oakland Billy Harms, Travie Davis, Eddie Neil, among others. As of 1931, Moe was the matchmaker for the Elks Club in Boise, Idaho.

As a boxer, Moe is credited as being the first person to have knocked out World Champion Tod Morgan.
