Andrew Golota 243 lbs lost to Przemyslaw Saleta 231 lbs by KO at 2:49 in round 6 of 10

Przemyslaw Saleta came out of a seven-year retirement and scored a sixth-round knockout over former world title contender Andrew Golota in a competitive bout in Poland.

A series of punches late in the sixth round caused Golota, who was bleeding from the nose, to fall forward into the ropes and down. He attempted to get to his feet, but was unable to beat the referee's count of ten.

Despite their ages, both men threw at a solid rate and each had success landing.

Golota was deducted a point in the fourth and sixth rounds after losing his mouthpiece. Action had to be paused five times to replace his mouthpiece.
