Queensberry Promotions is a Turnford, Hertfordshire, England based boxing promotion company founded in 27 August 2010. Queensberry Promotions is run and owned by Frank Warren and Francis Terence (born April 1984) and George (born April 1987) Warren, sons of prominent boxing promoter.

Queensberry promoted its first show on 30 September 2011 at London's iconic York Hall, and the sold out crowd were treated to a small hall classic when Liam Walsh stopped Paul Appleby in the 10th round to hold on to his Commonwealth Super Featherweight strap.
