Requiem for a Heavyweight

• Released in 1962, this film was based upon Rod Serling's 1957 television drama. (Serling is also famous for his The Twilight Zone and Night Gallery television series.)
• It stars Anthony Quinn as boxer "Mountain" Rivera, who is at the end of his boxing career after a knockout by Cassius Clay. He falls for the woman who tries to find him a job, while his manager tries to get him to become a wrestler wearing an Indian costume.
• Cameo appearances by Ali, Jack Dempsey, Barney Ross, Willie Pep, Gus Lesnevich, Abe Simon, Steve Belloise, Johnny Indrisano and Arthur Mercante Sr.
