Robert Diamant' (sometimes also known as Bobby Diamond) later became a promoter in Paris.

A show was billed for 15-05 in Paris, but the owner of the club would not rent his venue for a show with political overtones. On the cancelled card: Sarfati (French Jew) vs. Orlandi, Praiss vs. Marin, Buchbaum vs. Lauener, Chindler vs. Matton, and Spunner vs. Beauvais).
There is a question whether this boxer became Bobby Diamond (Manager). The 2016 book about Panama Al Brown, Black Ink, states that they are the same fellow.
