Fitzpatrick was 31-3 when he lost To Marshall.The Irish lad was floored in the fifth round by one of Marshall's terrific right-hand wallops.Fitzpatrick went to one knee,taking the count,but as he is partly deaf,lost track of the referee's count and arose one secound too late.
