Until it gets into posters' heads.... the bigging up, the exaggeration, the excessive flattery, the revisionist historianism is just nauseating.

It nauseates you?

A sense of perspective is required, here.
Ok that's too strong a word.... but it's predictable and somewhat inaccurate

Whenever a boxer dies or is under difficult conditions he suddenly becomes the GOAT

Oh and by the way - it looks like others agree with me

Ps I'm sure Bey would've Ko'd Joshua in sparring..... twice
And none of that has happened in this thread - it's you and you alone who has provided the tired banalties.

So we can add reading to thinking in the growing list of your problems.

The only thing more passe than enlarging the accomplishments of a dead fighter in an RIP thread is a forum half life showing up to belittle the dead fighter. Bey beat two heavyweight champs and gave an all-time top 5 heavy a good title fight. I'm sure that pales in comparison to your lifetime accomplishments.

Is that the best you can do??!!! So I take it from that you never criticise any boxer unless you're better than any fighter you choose to talk about? You are an illogical moron.... it's beautiful when someone forum idiot defeats their own argument using their own logic..... Jesus!

Fighter dies. People like to talk about his career highlights, usually in preference to their bad nights. Giving Holmes a good fight as a novice was a pretty good achievement no matter what came next.

But this makes boxingknockout sick...

Erm, your first contribution to the thread was that Bey is "one of the worst world title challengers ever" (he isn't), your second contribution was that "as soon as any fighter passes, he suddenly becomes a superior fighter and should've been world champion" (no one had made any such remark about Bey), then you're lecturing us about how "the bigging up, the exaggeration, the excessive flattery, the revisionist historianism is just nauseating" (again, in reference to something that wasn't happening), and then you actually had to invent your own "insinuation that Bey is Joe Frazier and almost kod Larry Holmes".

And I'm the one who has no point?
