Why add the word "convincingly"...he's not beating a Top 10 contender AT ALL. Not even with a fluke lucky shot. He has NO CHANCE against anybody that is in the Top 10. I personally would give him no shot against anybody in the Top 20.

Maybe he has a SLIGHT chance against somebody ranked between 21 and 40, but I doubt it.

Manuel Charr for instance is ranked like 26 or 27 on Boxrec at the moment (something like that) and I think he'd beat Briggs.

Derric Rossy isn't in the Top 40 at the moment. I think he may be below the Top 50. I'd pick Rossy to beat Briggs.
