Saunders barely fights twice a year and is known for being hard to negotiate with and for getting "injured" and delaying the fights. Starting negotiations with him would likely mean not fighting at all before the September rematch with Canelo.Enlightened-One wrote: ↑27 Apr 2018, 09:47Bu-bu-bu-bu-bu-buboxing_rocks wrote: ↑20 Apr 2018, 18:24 What lies? Saunders is known to be hard to negotiate with. He never fought his mandatory Khurtsidze and was demanding huge money for fighting GGG. There is no way the June fight could've been made in a hurry. They said that he wouldn't fight 80 or 90 percent ready, and he was allegedly injured. How could that be June?
Nobody knows what exactly BJS "signed" last summer. Most likely, it was something which wouldn't satisfy Golovkin's side exact same way as Canelo signing a rematch contract and saying that Golovkin is delaying things.
