Its pretty impressive how he can continuously make me think less of him every few months

Are you sure? Can you post it? Surely Saunders didn't go after McGuigans daughter. I'm holding my judgement on this until I see the actual posts. Even then I'll need to see Saunders defend it. If anything like that came from his account he might have been hacked or left his phone around and someone else did it.

edit: seen the images, not much more to say. I hope it comes out that he was hacked or someone else did it.

In a thread about organised crime, drug dealing, gun running and murder, BJS still somehow manages to come out worst of all.

He was abusing McGuigan on Instagram last night & calling him a rat then in between McGuigan posts posted about buying flowers for his daughter for Valentines.

Then this morning he’s posted something about a post your daughter challenge & has messaged a florists & posted the conversation to cover his tracks.

He’s been deleting posts off his Instagram story so it doesn’t look like it’s connected to Barry’s daughter.

His daughters not much more than a toddler anyway, who buys bouquets of flowers for someone that age?

He doesn't have a criminal record, So Capone just missed a few tax payments and sold booze, and Gerry Adams was never in the RA

People from all walks of life are just petrified of these guys because they are snowflakes, and the 25 odd murders linked to his family and their enemies have all been unrelated coincidences

He has no criminal record because he's on the run

Hopefully Billy Joe doesn’t find himself burying his kids, I’m sure that would kill him.

In the meantime, I hope the Canelo fight falls through and he’s forced to jump in with Eubank and gets chinned.

Yeah mate Boxing is on the decline. Too many belts, youtubers making a mockery of the sport, to long in between big fights, PPV for bog standard cards and add in how many wrong decisions there are on a regular basis it’s putting more and more people off of the sport. Boxing has always been a business but when it’s more about if your sellable rather than a good fighter things need to be looked at

The way those yohtubers are actually entertained and discussed by some is beyond me  waiting ages between fights is a joke aswell, and it seems much is made of a boxers lifestyle these days, rather than what he's doing in the ring and how he can fight. Many seem more interested in a boxers instagram story and what training he's doing in the gym, rather than actually seeing him fight. The belt situation is a joke, and coming back to regular fights, that's why you've got to give it to the ufc, bods are fighting on the regular, and the right fights too.

There's a lot of moody s**t surrounding boxing these days, seems to be becoming very image based, rather than how someone can actually fight

People being more interested in a fighters lifestyle was something I was noticing before the pandemic by the way, boxing will always be no1,but this messing about needs to stop, fairplay to any man making a few quid, youtuber or whatever, but do these need a proper place in boxing discussion imo, no.

Yes.

Saunders is scum. Whatever people think about Barry, his snide dig about his daughter is a kick in the bollocks to anybody who has lost someone close.

Eddie needs to drop him ASAP.

Agree with all of what you say mate. Your point about boxing being more image based is bang on the money. Can’t get into UFC at all but there model on a whole is a lot better than boxing

If we as the hardcore fans lose interest then we just abandon it to the casuals who mainly want
the stuff you describe and the descent of boxing into a circus just accelerates.

Maybe nobody listens to the real fans but we have to stick around and still make our voices heard in the hope that some of what we say strikes a chord with the newer fans who don’t just want to see z list celebrities brawling.
