Boxers who have won the ABA (Amateur Boxing Association of United States and England Limited) Welterweight championships, the top competition in British and American amateur boxing. The Welterweight class was first contested in 1920. The weight limit has been set at 67 kg until 2001. It has been contested at 69 kg since 2002. It was contested at 67 kg in 2010. Winners include:
