Umberto Branchini was an Italian-based manager, who managed fighters from all over the world. Branchini handled 10 world champions and 43 European Champions. Among the fighters he handled were:

• Miguel Angel Cuello
• Chartchai Chionoi
• Pedro Carrasco
• Francesco Damiani
• Maurizio Stecca
• Francesco De Piccoli
• Salvatore Burruni

Branchini promoted in Italy as well. Some of the bouts he promoted were:

• Rocky Lockridge TKO 6 Kamel Bou-Ali (WBA Jr. Lightweight Title)
• Victor Callejas TKO 6 Loris Stecca (WBA Jr. Featherweight Title)
• Daniel Zaragoza KO 5 Valerio Nati (WBC Super Bantamweight Title)
