Bout Summary
Hill came out moving around and pumping Kinchen with a jab. Kinchen too worked with a jab, came forward, and looked to land power shots in close. Kinchen landed a nice left uppercut, right hook to the body combination at the midway point that caused Hill to hold. A counter left hook staggered Kinchen at 2:30 and sent him into a corner. A followup barrage put Kinchen down and through the ropes. He hung on and pulled himself back in and stumbled to his feet at the count of eight. With Kinchen clearly hurt, however, the referee waved an end to the bout.
