Re: Josh Taylor Trouble
Also as someone mentioned further up the thread the orange looking kunt comments from Taylor could well be sectarian, he's posted and deleted comments about rangers fans on his Twitter in the past Its not racial, sectarian or offfensive in any way for that matter. Thats coming from a Rangers fan. S...

Re: Josh Taylor Trouble
That's who he reminds me of. Yeah but how come he got done for racial abuse for calling someone orange ? Surely it’s a white guy with bad fake tan? I am assuming they are inferring it is an offesive term for a prorestant. If it is that is a very dangerous president to set. Religion has enough over ...

Re: ESPN World Fame 100
Rubbish like this makes the Joshua vs Wilder/Fury fights even harder to make, inflating Wilder and Furys egos to the point they think they deserve 50/50. A quick look at their respective social media accounts tells a vastly different story. Joshua beats both combined in the 3 major platforms (facebo...

Re: Hypothetically....
Boxing fans are completely insane....... How is Frank suddenly the hero of British boxing? This is the guy who has folded multiple companies to avoid paying boxers. Done Burns, Calzaghe and Hatton out of millions each. Took many of his fighters on WBO reigns of terror and put on some of the worst tv...

Re: George groves vs Calum smith 29.8 in Saudi arabi
Can't believe the amount of idiots that don't understand why the final is in Saudi. As if Kalle has just decided at the last minute to not have it in the UK and put it on in Saudi. These tournaments were vastly over paying fighters in prize money to join this tournament. This money has to come from...

Just went through the 10 or so cards I have been too, ranging from the bright lights of the MGM to the cold nights at the Kirkcaldy Ice Arena.
Only 2 I have seen are:
Josh Kelly on the Burns vs Indongo card.
Damon Jones (28th ranked LMW in the UK) on the Burns vs Moses card.

Re: Simmons v Usyk / Brophy v Groves
I personally think its cashing in fights. Both are good fighters and have a chance of winning the british title but both these fights seem like a step too far at this point. Fair play to them both for taking it, they could have stayed boxing journeymen/Latvians on the top of MGM scotland bills for y...

Saltire promotions moving into dundee with a pro show at dundee caird hall, on the bill is ronnie Clark, iron mike towell, jamie wilson, debutant from Inverness and few other Gilmore fighters lined up, this is a great venue and can be a real success, Dundee fans are vocal and get behind fighters so...

Has anyone else heard rumours BT Sport are filming a series of 8 man prize fighter type tournaments involving best semi-pros in country? Re: davie drummond
Good move for Drummond, the scottish boxing scene is dead so a move to an English manager/promoter is the only way to go.
Think we should have a "Ronnie Clark" sub forum so all the crap that get talked out him get left in there so the adults can have conversations in the british forum.

Tommy is the best manager/promoter in Scotland, just my opinion. Thats like being the skinnyest man at a weight watchers meeting. Tommy hasnt done anything decent promotional wise in about 8 years when Kevin Anderson was fighting at the ICE Rink in Kirkcaldy. I would hazard a guess to say that he h...

Never been to Vegas to watch a fight, but I have tons of air miles that I need to get rid off, so am thinking of booking flights on points and getting over there with a mate for the first weekend in May. There is always a big fight on that weekend and it is likely to be Cotto v Canelo or Mayweather...

I think when you're a relatively new promoter any problem is just something you deal with and move on.When you've had years and years of problems, and you're getting older then you just decide you've had enough. When Tommy started boxers were prepared to fight anywhere against anyone , anytime. I u...

Director Danny Boyle drops in for a round on the pads

Bradley is attempting to set a world record of 24 hours on the pads to raise money for Edinburgh children's ch...
