Notes
1 - Neither Carl Morris nor Jack Keating was a Canadian, so this could not possibly have been for the Canadian heavyweight championship, particularly as the CPBF was not formed until 1925. Jack Keating was allowed to fight him for the bogus Canadian crown (which was not unusual at the time) under the stipulation that the title would be vacated immediately if Morris won the title, which he did. Officialy, the title was vacated the day after the fight.
2 - Tom Cowler, an Englishman, fought only twice in Canada and had no claim to the Canadian title.
