In 1946 Jack Dicker of Saint Louis, MO won the Chicago Golden Gloves Tourament of Champions by decision vs. Del Flanagan in the featherweight division and won the Intercity Golden Gloves' championship in the featherweight division by decision vs. Joe Barone.
